1. Chest
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest. Usually across the nipple line. Arms should be relaxed by your side and tape should be flat.
2. Waist
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your waistline, usually 1-2 inches above the belly button. If unsure, lean side to side, the natural crease that forms if your waist.
3. Hips
Measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and bum.
This is roughly 20cm below your waist (not your belly button).
