Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns on any earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Any product purchased for charity, such as The One Mile Bandana, cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.

We recommend purchasing items with attention to our size guide and product descriptions. Our customer care team is available to assist with any style/sizing questions.

We hope you love all your One Mile purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We will happily provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items (excluding earrings), as long as your return meets our requirements.

Please note that sale items are only eligible for a credit note. This includes discounted items or purchases made with a discount code (excluding the 10% new subscriber offer).

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

A tip from us, make sure you check over the size guide and fit comments before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us a message in our live chat! 

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). 

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

Items must be returned with all tags still attached. Jewellery must be returned with all packaging elements, including jewellery box, jewellery pouch and care card. Any complimentary One Mile cotton tote bag must be returned with your order.

One Mile The Label reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

One Mile The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with One Mile The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. 

All purchases made from the USA or Canada can be returned to our return processing facility in the US.

To make a return, simply follow the prompts via our return portal. You will need your original order number and email address.

Once we approve your request, you will receive an email with the return address and your return authorisation number. Please note, we cannot accept your return without your return authorisation number so make sure it is clearly visible on the parcel.

Simply place the items you wish to return in secure packaging and follow our three step return process.

All purchases made from Australia, New Zealand and any other country outside of USA/Canada must be returned to our warehouse in Australia.

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. We aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. 

Your refund will be processed back to the original credit card you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! 

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please return the original item and place a new order.

Don’t worry if you accidentally requested a return or simply changed your mind. Just send us an email at info@onemilethelabel.com with your email address and your return confirmation number and we can cancel it for you.

All purchases made through Afterpay can be returned in accordance with our standard Return Policy. One Mile The Label will process your return as normal and Afterpay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly, if your return meets our requirements. 

If you have made a payment already, Afterpay will process amounts back to the card you purchased from. You will receive an email from Afterpay once the refund has been processed to communicate any changes to your payment schedule.
