To submit your return, please read the below return policy thoroughly. Once ready to complete your return, please visit our return portal and follow the steps:

Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns on any earrings for hygiene reasons.

We recommend purchasing items with attention to our size guide and product descriptions. Our customer care team is available to assist with any style/sizing questions.

We hope you love all of your One Mile purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We will happily provide you with an exchange (Australia only), store credit or full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.

Please note that discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange (Australia only) or a store credit. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer, these orders can be returned for a refund.

Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time.

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All Australian returns will incur a flat fee of A$15 to cover the cost of return shipping. USA returns will incur a flat fee of U$10.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items must be returned with all original tags, including the hygiene sticker on swimwear bottoms.

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

One Mile The Label reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

One Mile The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns outside of Australia and USA, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with One Mile The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.

A tip from us, make sure you check the size guide and product description before you checkout, so you know exactly what you will receive. We want to help you get the best fit possible so if you are unsure, send us a message via email or DM.

If you purchased an item at our Bondi Store, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase date.

Please note that items determined to be final sale items, which were purchased during a sale promotion can only be exchanged for a size in store, if stock is available.

We offer complimentary express shipping on all new exchange orders but please note the return will incur a $15 flat fee to cover the prepaid return shipping label.

If you opt for an Instant Exchange we will place your new order immediately with express shipping. We recommend choosing this option to avoid disappointment as we do not reserve stock for standard exchanges. Please note, we will hold a $1 fee on your credit/debit card until we have received and processed the return item, for instant exchanges. Please ensure you return the item you are exchanging within 14 days of requesting the exchange to avoid being charged for that item.

USA + Canada customers can return their items to our return processing facility in the US.

To make a return, simply follow the prompts via our return portal. You will need your original order number and email.

USA customers will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label. Please note a flat fee of U$15 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note duties & taxes are non-refundable.

Canadian customers will receive an email with our return address. Please ensure you include your order number and contact details on the parcel. Please note, we cannot accept your return without your original order number so make sure it is clearly visible on the parcel.

All purchases made from Australia, New Zealand and any other country outside of the USA/Canada must be returned to our warehouse in Australia.

To make a return, simply follow the prompts via our return portal. You will need your original order number and shipping postal code.

Australian customers will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label. Please note a flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.

International customers will receive an email with our return address. Please ensure you include your order number and contact details on the parcel. Please note, we cannot accept your return without your original order number so make sure it is clearly visible on the parcel.

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. We aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. 

Your refund will be processed back to the original credit card you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! 

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Online Purchases— you can return items purchased using Afterpay in line with our standard online return policy.

Once your return is processed by One Mile The Label, Afterpay will automatically adjust your payment schedule. The amount refunded will depend on whether you returned part or all of your order.

Partial Return:

You bought 3 items for $300 total using Afterpay and decide to return 1 item worth $100. Afterpay will reduce your payment schedule to reflect the new $200 total.

Full Return:

If you return all items in your order and are eligible for a refund, Afterpay will refund any payments you’ve already made and cancel the remaining payments. However, you may still need to pay your next instalment if your return hasn’t been processed before it’s due. Once processed, Afterpay will issue the refund to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation from Afterpay once the refund has been finalised.

In-Store Purchases— items purchased in-store using Afterpay can be returned for store credit only, in accordance with our in-store return policy.

Partial Return:

If you bought 3 items for $300 total using Afterpay and decide to return 1 item worth $100. You will receive a store credit for $100, and your Afterpay payment schedule will remain unchanged—you’ll need to continue paying off the original instalments to Afterpay.

Full Return:

You purchased a $100 item in-store using Afterpay and decide to return it. You will receive a store credit for $100, and your Afterpay payment schedule will remain unchanged—you’ll need to continue paying off the original instalments to Afterpay.

Store credits can be used on any future in-store or online purchases for 3 years.

If you make a purchase online using a combination of a gift voucher and Afterpay, your return will be processed according to the value of each payment method used.

Example:

You place an online order for $200: $100 gift voucher and $100 via Afterpay.

If you return your entire order—

$100 Afterpay portion will be refunded through Afterpay (your payment schedule will be adjusted or cancelled depending on what you’ve already paid).

$100 gift voucher portion will be reissued to you as a new gift voucher or store credit.

If you return only part of your order—

Let’s say you return an item worth $100.

$100 refunded via Afterpay, and $100 reissued via gift voucher (based on the split between your original payment methods).

Note: Gift vouchers are non-refundable as cash and will always be returned as store credit or a new voucher.
