Please note the following transit times are an approximation and do not include processing time. Most orders are typically processed within 24hrs. Please allow for an additional 48hrs during peak periods, such as collection launches, sales and promotions.

Australian Customers: We recommend using the Auspost Calculator to determine your estimated transit time. DHL Express is the fastest option for shipping to metro areas. For non-metro areas, Auspost Express is fastest. DHL Express Domestic service is next business day delivery to metro areas in Australia.

Please note delivery times will be longer for any regional, remote or non-metro areas.

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before reaching out to Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. 

As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If your parcel is being delivered within Australia, you may enter a PO box as your address but please note we are unable to post to hotels. 

All other customers:

If your parcel is being delivered outside of Australia, we cannot deliver to any PO boxes or hotels.
