Please be aware that our Australian customers may experience some understandable shipping delays with Australia Post. Estimated delivery is currently 8-14 days.
International customers, please allow one additional business day for delivery.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping costs do not include duties & taxes. Please reach out to our customer care team with any questions.
Please note the following transit times are an approximation and do not include our processing time of 2-4 business days. Please allow for an additional 48hrs during peak periods, such as collection launches and promotions.
AU Customers: We recommend you use the Auspost calculator to determine your shipping estimate
NZ Customers: 1-2 business days
US & CA Customers: 2-3 business days
UK & EU Customers: 3 business days
All Other Customers: 3-6 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register.

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!
All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are unique to each region and they are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website.
One Mile The Label reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs, including a redirection fee.
Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.
As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If your parcel is being delivered within Australia, you may enter a PO box as your address but please note we are unable to post to hotels.
All other customers:
If your parcel is being delivered outside of Australia, we cannot deliver to any PO boxes or hotels.
