Please note that the following transit times are an approximation and do not include processing time. Most orders are typically processed within 24hrs. Please allow for an additional 48hrs during peak periods, such as collection launches, sales and promotions.

Australian Customers: We recommend using the Auspost Calculator to determine your estimated transit time. Auspost Express is the fastest delivery option.

Please note that delivery times will be longer for any regional, remote or non-metro areas.

USA Customers — duties & taxes will now be calculated at checkout, per the new tariff scheme for products manufactured outside the USA. We promise no hidden or additional fees upon delivery. Please be aware duties are non-refundable.

Standard Post: 18 December (16 December WA, NT)

Express Post: 22 December (21 December WA, NT, TAS)

New Zealand

International DHL Express: 21 December (excluding some regional areas)

USA & Canada

International DHL Express: 17 December (excluding some regional areas)

Please be aware Australia Post & DHL are experiencing high volumes during this busy period so you may experience some delays.

Please be advised our warehouse will be closed for some dates over the holiday period. For any orders placed on these dates, please expect some potential dispatch delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service. Please allow up to 48hours for your tracking number to update.

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team before reaching out to Australia Post, with your name and order number so we can help you receive your parcel as soon as possible!

Refer to the table above. If duties are not included, they will be calculated at checkout. No hidden surprises on arrival. It's uncommon, but some countries do not accept duties & taxes collected at checkout, and your local DHL office may contact you directly when your parcel lands in your country to pay these fees. If you do not accept these fees, a redirection charge will be deducted from your refund, ranging betwen A$50-$250 depending on the size of your parcel and country.

Packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please consider this when purchasing your order.

Unfortunately, as we endeavour to pack and post orders daily we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order. 

As our warehouse processes your orders very quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Australian Customers:

If your parcel is being delivered within Australia, you may enter a PO box as your address but please note we are unable to post to hotels. 

All other customers:

If your parcel is being delivered outside of Australia, we cannot deliver to any PO boxes or hotels.
